RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At MiniWalk, customer satisfaction is important to us. We want you to feel confident when purchasing footwear for your child. This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which products may be returned, exchanged, replaced, or refunded.
By purchasing from miniwalk.site, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Thirty-Day Return Period
We offer free returns and refunds within 30 days of delivery.
The 30-day return period begins on the date the order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. To qualify, you must contact us before the return period expires.
Return requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery may not be accepted unless required by applicable consumer protection law.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the product should:
- Be unworn, unused, and in resalable condition
- Be free from dirt, stains, odors, pet hair, or visible signs of wear
- Include its original packaging, labels, accessories, and inserts
- Be returned with proof of purchase or a valid order number
- Be packaged securely to prevent damage during return transportation
Customers may carefully try shoes on indoors to check the fit. Shoes that have been worn outdoors or show visible wear may not qualify for a standard return.
3. Items That May Not Be Eligible
Returns may be refused for:
- Products returned after the 30-day return period
- Shoes that have been worn outdoors
- Products damaged through misuse, neglect, improper cleaning, or accidental damage
- Items missing original packaging or essential components
- Products altered, repaired, or modified after delivery
- Items not purchased directly from miniwalk.site
- Products returned without prior authorization
These exclusions do not affect any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.
4. How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact:

- Your order number
- The product you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions. Do not send a return without receiving instructions from us, as unauthorized packages may be delayed, refused, or sent to an incorrect location.
5. Free Return Shipping
Approved returns are eligible for free return shipping.
MiniWalk will provide appropriate return instructions and, where available, a prepaid shipping label. If a prepaid label is not available in your location, we will provide an alternative return solution.
Customers should not independently purchase return postage without prior written approval, as unauthorized shipping costs may not be reimbursed.
6. Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Products
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
Contact us promptly if:
- You received the wrong product
- The size or color differs from your order
- The product arrived damaged
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- Part of your order is missing
Please include clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and affected area. Once verified, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution at no additional cost.
Minor differences in color caused by lighting, photography, screen settings, or manufacturing variations may not be considered defects.
7. Size and Fit Issues
Sizing can vary between children and product styles. Customers are encouraged to review the size chart and measure the child’s foot before ordering.
Eligible products that do not fit may be returned within the 30-day return period. When available, customers may request an exchange for another size. Exchanges depend on product availability.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may issue a refund instead.
8. Exchanges

After the original item has been approved and returned, we will arrange the replacement when stock is available. Depending on the destination, the fastest option may be to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Replacement items remain subject to availability.
9. Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds normally include the amount paid for the returned product. Because MiniWalk provides free standard worldwide shipping, there is generally no original standard shipping fee to refund.
Financial institutions may require additional processing time before the refund appears on your account. This usually takes approximately 5–10 business days after the refund is issued, although timing depends on your payment provider.
10. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Orders returned because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the package, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts will be reviewed individually.
A refund may be issued after the package is returned and inspected. Any exceptional costs charged by the carrier because of customer-provided delivery information may be deducted where permitted by law.
11. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they enter processing or shipment.
Contact us as soon as possible at support@miniwalk.site. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has been submitted because orders may move quickly through fulfillment.
Once an order has shipped, it must be handled under the standard return procedure.
12. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable legal rights available to consumers under the laws of their jurisdiction.
